lot 47 update

Dave Holden and his team from Versatile Cromwell supported by O’Callaghan & Walker Builders have installed all the internal doors, supplied by ID Doors, as well as the skirting and architraves.

The painting team of Southern Lakes Architectural Coatings, Positive Painting, How-Johns Painting and Abel Enterprises will be commencing painting the house this week with paint supplied by Dulux.

Garry Morton and the team from Cromwell Building Contractors installed the battens so that the flashings and external cladding can be installed by Extreme Roofing over the next few weeks.

Paul Fox installed the bath supplied by Oakleys Plumbing Supplies & Bathroom Solutions on Saturday. Les Topping tested it out to ensure it would be comfortable as well as functional!

A reminder that St John would like to thank everyone who has been or will be involved in this project by hosting you at a ‘Behind the scenes’ look at the new Cromwell Ambulance Station on Friday 30th July from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Come and hear from St John, have a tour and morning tea to celebrate the new Ambulance Station that you have helped make possible.
