Central Fitness

A body transformation challenge is about to launch aimed at whipping winter bodies into shape before the warmer weather arrives.

Central Fitness Cromwell are pros at motivating, challenging and educating participants to achieve long lasting changes related to their health.

Healthy habits, mobility, and injury prevention as well as nutrition are three areas those involved have the opportunity to learn about as they begin their wellbeing journey.

Over eight weeks the Central Fitness team will help to transform both the body and mind.

One motivated challenger will win $500 at the end of the challenge, keeping everyone on their best game and committed.

Previous participants have enjoyed the journey to better health and fitness insisting long-lasting changes in habits have set them up for further successes, and the support from fellow participants and staff has been invaluable.

“I took on the challenge early last year and have used the tools I learned everyday since.

I dropped body weight, gained muscle mass and learned to eat nutritionally which has given me far more energy.

Both my husband and I signed up to the challenge and although neither of us scooped the $500 prize money, we both made invaluable changes and have reaped the benefits since,” says Milly Mulligan.

Owners of Central Fitness and personal trainers Jonny Roberts and Alex Offen are

passionate about passing on their knowledge and supporting their teams to achieve and gain long lasting changes.

Coming together with a challenge tribe makes all the difference and although the challenge is a competition, there are no losers, everyone who participates gains and tribes become tight.
