Lot 47 update

Many of our local painters have been amazing all working together, one after the other, to complete the interior painting.

Bob & Georgia from Abel Enterprises completed the top coats last week with beautiful cutting in by Georgia of the bold colours on the feature walls.

These walls, along with the wallpaper yet to be put up, will make this a standout home – we can’t wait to show them off to everyone!

The down lights have now been installed by Whitey and we are now ready for the kitchen from Trends Kitchens to be installed this week.

Outside the Otago Polytechnic Central Campus have been erecting the feature stone wall with schist donated by Wanaka Stone Ltd and delivered by R & R Hiab.

This is an awesome feature of the outdoor living area. HireKing have provided compactors and other equipment to help with this process. Alan Anderson is making up an insert for the stone letterbox.

With the scaffolding now taken down by Extreme Scaffolding a team of Rotary & Lions volunteers came to help box up for the footpath.

With all this happening we are grateful for PlaceMakers continuing to keep an eye on our skip and emptying it when needed.
