Emma Maddox of Eye for Style was given free range of the house to turn it into a home. Emma said it is the little touches that make a big difference when styling a home.

She has provided everything from lamps, luxurious bedding through to kitchen and bathroom accessories.

Local artist, Deidre Copeland, has lent many paintings to really help showcase this home. Doreen Evans said the home is looking amazing with the styling by Emma and Deidre.

Bella Casa tiled the patio with outdoor tiles supplied by the Tile Warehouse.

The outside entertainment area is a major feature of this home.

Sitting on the patio looking at the hills with a wine or beer in hand after work on a beautiful Central Otago day will be a real treat.

Weka Landscaping finished the boat or trailer off street parking area with schist. Metalcraft installed the downpipes.

This means the outside cladding is all but finished – just a few coats of paint on the Abodo to go. Mane Contracting Central finished the driveway with an exposed aggregate finish.

Alexandra Concrete Cutting & Drilling put the construction joints in the driveway. This property has two driveways, one to the garage and the other to the boat and trailer parking area.

This community fundraising project spear headed by Rotary Club of Cromwell and Cromwell Lions Clubs has seen the community turn an idea proposed by Doreen Evans into a reality. We encourage you to have a look through this beautiful architecturally designed, by Jessie Sutherland of S A Studio, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. If you want to go through this home call Kate Elder at Edinburgh Realty on 027 223 0076.
