Thanks to the team from Not Just Plumbing the hot water cylinder and all bathroom products have been installed ready for use by the lucky owners of this awesome home the community has built.
All plumbing and bathroom products have been supplied by Oakleys Plumbing Supplies and Bathroom Solutions. Doreen Evans said that these two businesses have been great to work with, however they were a little camera shy.
Otago Electrical Services and Steve White Electrical have been working together to fit off all plugs and light switches, install the lights, heat pads behind mirrors, heated towel rails as well as the switch board.
All electrical materials and products have been provided by Telfers. The power will be on at SBS Bank’s sponsored “Closed In” shout this Friday! AGM Stone have installed the stone splash back.
It has set the Trends Kitchen off perfectly. The kitchen appliances supplied by Gary Anderson have been installed. Only a few more touches and the kitchen will be finished.
Guthrie Bowron have installed the window dressings in each bedroom as well as the kitchen, dining and living area.
The blinds in this area are motorised so that with one push of a button they will go up or down.
Doreen said the curtains and shutters in the master bedroom look great and she can’t wait for a demo of the blind going up with one push of a button.
The landscaping has commenced. Nichols Garden Centre are in charge of the design and are supplying the plants. Weka Landscaping have brought their design to life using their machinery and expertise.
Irritech Otago have supplied and installed a fully automated irrigation system for the lawn and plantings. The lawn will be sprayed on by Southern Hydro Lawn. Doreen asks that you please stay off the landscaping at the “Closed In” shout on Friday.
Alan Anderson assisted Les Topping with boxing of the different areas.
Keith Mackenzie Builders were back on site this week completing the decking around the patio ready for the Tile Warehouse tiles to be laid by Bella Casa.
