On Saturday Rotary House & Garden Tour 2021 was held and Lot 47 was one of the 12 houses in the tour. From 10am to 4pm over 250 people had a look at this beautiful architecturally designed, by Jessie Sutherland of S A Studio, 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom home the community built. At the same time Edinburgh Realty held an Open Home. Doreen Evans spent the day discussing with visitors how amazing this community was during the build. They donated their time, skills, experience and products together with their good humour and positive spirit. With so many doing a little bit together, we have achieved something great for this community.

Council did a final inspection of the property on Friday. Doreen said that there is a couple of bits of paperwork to be handed to Council but other than that it passed inspection. Therefore, the Code Compliance Certificate should be available by the time the property is auctioned by Edinburgh Realty on the 26th November.

Doreen received good news from the Cromwell Community Board this past week also. The Board granted the Resource Consent fees charged by Council for this project.

Yet another business supporting this fundraising project to assist St John with any shortfall in their new station build costs, as well as other items St John may need.

Kate Elder and Mike Elford from Edinburgh Realty advised Doreen that they have some parties interested in making this beautiful home theirs. Edinburgh Realty will be holding Open Homes this weekend if you would like to view this home. If you would like a private viewing call Kate Elder at Edinburgh Realty on 027 223 0076.
