Last year Cromwell Rotary and Lions Clubs together with the community built a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home designed by local architect, Jessie Sutherland of S A Studio. The build was broken into four stages with Southern Foundation, Brett Dawson Builders, Cromwell Building Contractors and Versatile Cromwell each taking charge of a stage.

In November Lot 47 sold at auction resulting in an amazing profit of $824,436.88 being made.

This money was raised by this community. Therefore, Lot 47 Combined Rotary and Lions Community Fund wants to spend the money raised by the community, on the community.
