With the Central Otago Brick Show coming to Cromwell on Matariki weekend, 25-26 June, this is your chance to show family and friends what a genius you are with a bucket of Lego bricks.

The Central Otago Brick show will take place at the Cromwell Bowling Club, with doors opening at 10am till 4 pm.

With over 1500 LEGO exhibitors from around the South Island, and two very special guests – previous contestants on LEGO Masters New Zealand television show – there will be plenty to keep the whole family entertained.

As well as the fantastic LEGO display, there will be plenty of LEGO activities, including  the popular LEGO and Duplo play pits, a LEGO car racing ramp and a chance to create your own custom mini-figure.

LEGO Users Group Otago (LUGO) member Rowena Dunnet says, “LUGO organised the very first LEGO Show of its kind in Cromwell back in 2019, and it was so popular that there were queues at the door.”

With low entry fees of $2 for kids, $3 for adults, and families $10, it is a great fun activity for the whole family.  The event is kindly sponsored by Paper Plus and supported by Rotary, who will distribute the proceeds to fund community youth projects in the local area.

Start honing your skills and getting your creative juices flowing now, and by Matariki you will be set to support a great cause, have fun with friends and family, and show off your genius.
