Cromwell Rotary and Lions Clubs community fundraising project is in the final stages of the build.

The laundry joinery was installed this week by Russell Green Joinery who also donated the joinery.

Once Bella Casa had laid tiles donated by the Tile Warehouse, Russell Green Joinery’s team installed the laundry joinery.

AGM Stone are donating the bench top for the laundry with the sink being donated by Oakleys Plumbing Supplies and Bathroom Solutions. Doreen can’t wait to see the final look.

Otago Polytechnic Central Campus built a stone letter box with stone supplied by Wanaka Stone.

Now that the stone wall is complete the patio has been boxed ready for concrete to be poured.

The Tile Warehouse and Bella Casa are teaming up again to tile the patio.

Keith Mackenzie Builders installed decking, with timber supplied by Simon Brackstone of Nevis Rise Consulting, outside the front door and the master bedroom. It looks great.

Flagstones have been supplied by Wanaka Stone to be a feature in front of the decking at the master bedroom sliding doors.

Fencing along two boundaries has been commenced by Pedro Allison of Topline Fencing Limited. Pedro has been great working with the neighbours to reach an agreement on what fencing everyone will be happy with.

A special “Thank You” this week to CHP Development Limited (owner of Prospectors Park) who sold Lot 47 to the fundraising entity.

They agreed to wait for payment until the home is built and sold at auction.

Their support right at the start meant this project could go ahead.
