Nichols Garden Centre designed the landscaping at Lot 47 as well as supply plants and schist. Weka Landscaping brought the design to life using their machinery and expertise.
Irritech Otago supplied and installed a full automated irrigation system for the lawn and plantings. The lawn has been sprayed on by Southern Hydro Lawn. A team of Rotary and Lions Club members were allowed to help with landscaping by planting out the scrubs, plants and placing schist around the plants.
Pedro and the team from Topline Fencing Limited completed the boundary fence on two sides. The Metal Effect designed, supplied and installed 4 corten garden screening panels that look amazing. Doreen Evans said the landscaping, fencing and Metal Effect’s panels have really made this property pop. She said anyone will be lucky to live in this home the community has built with so much pride.
Mane Contracting Central poured the driveway and it looks great. This property has two driveways. One to the garage and the other to the boat and trailer parking area.
On Point Glazing have supplied and installed all mirrors and glass for the showers. Windsor Brass Limited, Mardeco International and Allegion teamed up to supply all door handles and hardware. Rotary member, Nick Wood, installed the same and they look fabulous.
Masterwood Joinery have made some beautiful solid wood floating shelves for the main lounge wall which has been wallpapered by Colourplus Alexandra.
DC Cleaners have given the home a thorough cleaning so that Emma Maddox of Eye for Style can stage the home ready for Edinburgh Reality to market and sell it! How exciting.
